Catch up with Zambian economist Dambisa Moyo who is attracting a lot of press for her new book that forcefully calls for cutting the aid umbilical cord between Africa and donors. A tad doctrinaire but I must say that I am in full agreement with the notion that true material development of the sort that moves the majority of people out of poverty will not come through aid.
